i decided to spend time with my family today since it was saturday & everyone was at home. i ate at kopitiam with my brothers & my dad while my mom & maid went to do some groceries. i was suppose to go with them but i haven't eaten my dinner so i joined the guys. haha. you know, it's not that bad to be the only girl/daughter among the men in the family. there are disadvantages, of course. but i'm blessed at the same time.

i felt a little drowsy upon reaching home so i decided to lie down & read the new book i bought with Buttocks. i love the title because it says, 'it should have been me' from my favourite author. haha. it caught my eye. i read at least three chapters of it then fell asleep & woke up at 6.

Kuya Rovin had his friends over so the whole house would be occupied for the evening. fortunately, my mom & eldest brother were in the mood to shop at Far East Orchard & the new ION building. i wanted to come along too so i could buy new clothes & check out the branded materials over at ION even though we knew we couldn't really afford at the moment.

cabbed down & started shopping once we reached the place. i bought white retro shades, a grey top-like dress & a purple sleevless top-like dress too. the clothes around the mall were really tempting & they couldn't stop calling out to me but i managed to hold my emotions down. haha. we headed to ION next & checked out the price for everything. my mom & i wanted to go into the Louise Vuiton shop but it had a really long line of people just wanting to get in so we were like, 'forget it then.'
we sat down inside the Food Opera house after a while & ate ice-kachang with strawberry ice cream, chicken balls, meat with asparagus & more. full to the max, we walked to Wisma Atria to meet my dad who was ready with the car to bring us back home.

i had a perfectly fine day with my family. no problems, no negative emotions to back fire the day. i love my family... i never could ask for more.

now i'm sitting here, listening to the thunder that roars outside my house.
